One Program – Four Options

Submit Your Paper to our Online Writing Lab

Students can request help with a variety of writing assignments, including essays, research papers, and lab reports, by submitting their work for an online tutor’s review. To begin, provide your eTutor with as much information as possible about the assignment. The more information you provide, the more assistance the tutor can offer. Next, upload your document to be reviewed to the platform. Tutors will respond by offering recommendations on improving what you have written.
Tutors will not edit or proofread your work. You will receive feedback from a tutor within 24-48 hours. Second and third drafts of your work can be submitted for additional help.

Work Online 1-on-1 with a LIVE Tutor

Get help with your academic questions from one of our live eTutors. The eTutor and student share a live workspace in which they communicate through various tools including chat, voice and video, whiteboard, file sharing, and application sharing.

To chat with a tutor, log into the site and select the Chat icon. If there is a live tutor on in your subject area, you can go right into the chat room. You may have to wait if there is another student already in there and working. If there is not a tutor on presently, please check the tutoring weekly schedule.

Subjects include:

  • Math (Developmental to Calculus)
  • Accounting
  • Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology
  • Information Literacy and Research Methods

Leave Your eQuestions for a Tutor’s Response

You can post a question in any of our subject areas, including writing. eTutors will help you develop strategies to find answers or resolve problems on your own. Although tutors will not correct grammar or solve any math, statistics, or chemistry problems for you, they will provide you with the guidance necessary to solve the problem.

Present your question clearly. Describe specifically what you do not understand, or where you think you are getting stuck. Do your part to help the eTutor help you!

Use Our Resources

Students can review an extensive resource library that is full of tips, techniques for improving writing skills, and links to information on other subject areas. New resources are continually being added.
