Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) training is a state‑approved food safety course designed to ensure that individuals working in food service understand how to prevent foodborne illness and maintain safe food handling practices. The training covers essential topics such as proper cooking and storage temperatures, cross‑contamination prevention, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and regulatory requirements. Upon completion, participants take an accredited exam to earn the CFPM certification, which is required by the State of Illinois for managers and must be renewed every five years.

Cost per student is $70.00 for training and $38.99 for the online test code. (Paid via invoice)
