FOS-0121-40 Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate
Continuing Education
This course is a study of the principles involved in maintaining sanitary standards to protect the consumer from food-borne illness in food service establishments. One main objective is to enable the student to pass the National Serv Safe Exam.
Hunter Safety
Continuing Education
August 1, 2025 @ 6:30pm to 9pm and August 3, 2025, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Course will be held at the First Pentecostal Church in Goreville, IL, located at 915 N Broadway, Goreville, IL. Hunters will need to bring a lunch for the August 3rd class. The course is free of charge. Hunters will need to pre-register online in order to attend.
Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP)
In collaboration with the Federal Highway Administration, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) initiated a Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP) in late 2009, in an effort to increase access to highway construction jobs for minorities, women and disadvantaged individuals.
Health Services Training Courses
A wide variety of courses are offered using highly trained instructors.
Emergency Medical classes are taught by request using curriculum standards in place by the Illinois Department of Public Health/ Transportation and the local emergency medical services.
Illinois SBDC Workshops
The Illinois Small Business Development Center provides assistance to small businesses with start-up, expansion, business and marketing plan assistance, accessing financing opportunities, and a variety of seminars and workshops.
