Our Mission


The mission of the Shawnee Community College Teaching & Learning Center is to empower and support full-time and part-time faculty in their pursuit of excellence in teaching, learning, and professional development.

 

Goals


  1. Provide high-quality professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their teaching and learning skills.
  2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all members of the college community.
  3. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in teaching and learning through partnerships with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
