  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet patrons entering the Small Business Develop Center and provide assistance and direction to the appropriate contact
  • Check the mailboxes daily for the Department of Workforce Innovation, Adult Basic and
    Continuing Education and distributing correspondences accordingly
  • Use office computer, scanner, printer, and software, including spreadsheets and word processing
  • Assist in processing applications received for Driver Safety
  • Enter Driver Safety applications and completions in database
  • Prepare and stuff mailers for Regional County Clerk Offices
  • Input Driver Safety and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) student enrollment data into Ellucian Colleague, the college’s database system
  • Coordinate various office support services through interaction with other departments
  • Assist with tracking and processing Driver Safety Program Courses
  • Assist with billing invoices for all Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Program courses and business participants
  • Assist with tracking and process incoming mail and payments for the Driver Safety and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses taken through the college
  • Make additions and updates to the Driver Safety and CPR and calendar
  • Scan, organize and file hard copy and electronic documents according to category and topic
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assists with CPR equipment log and cleaning of equipment
  • Collects, tabulates, computes, and prepares invoices and requisitions, spreadsheets, reports, memos, letters, compile data and other documents
  • Handle confidential matters, including conversations, documents and correspondence
    as necessary
  • Assist with program events, or conferences with organizing logistics for facilities and caterer
