A3100.110 Withholding Transcripts for Nonpayment

It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that final grades are posted at the close of each semester. Transcripts will be withheld by Shawnee Community College for such reasons as unpaid obligations, unreturned loaned materials, and incomplete admissions records.

Financial obligations, including, but not limited to tuition, laboratory fees, library charges (overdue books, and other use charges) are to be paid in the Business Office before a transcript will be issued.

Once records are completed, payments are posted to the students account, or loaned materials are returned, a transcript may be obtained by the student.
