SCC Offers Paraprofessional Preparation Exam 6/3/09
Shawnee Community College will be administering the WorkKeys Exam on July 8, 2009 at 9 a.m. on the main campus, room H2088. Successful completion of the WorkKeys Exam qualifies individuals to work as a certified Paraprofessional in the public school system and meets No Child Left Behind legislation. Participants must preregister by June 24. The cost of the exam is $60.00 and is required with preregistration.
SCC also offers a preparation course for the exam, EDU130. This one credit hour course will be offered at the Anna Extension Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. See any SCC advisor to register for this course or call the main campus or any SCC extension center location.
