Registration for Fall Classes Underway at Shawnee Community College
Make Shawnee Community College the first step to your new future with Fall 2017 Registration going on now! Fall classes begin on August 16th, 2017.
The schedule of classes is available at the main campus and each of the extension centers. The schedule is also available online at www.shawneecc.edu, click “current students”, then “course enrollment”, and then “course schedules” for the schedule of fall classes.
To register, you must complete the following four items: First, complete a Student Information Form. Secondly, complete the Placement Testing, which is required by all prospective students prior to registering for classes. Placement Testing can be completed at the main campus in Ullin. Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Testing is available at any of the extension centers by appointment. Next, request a copy of high school completion to be sent directly to the Admissions Office. Hand-carried copies are not considered official. And lastly, schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor to schedule your classes.
The first day to charge Financial Aid in the SCC Bookstore for fall courses is August 10th, with the last day on September 22nd, 2017. To inquire information regarding FAFSA completion, please contact the Financial Aid office at (618) 634-3200, opt#1 then opt#2.
