The Shawnee Community College Foundation is organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes to promote the programs of the Shawnee Community College District.  Activities of the Foundation are designed to raise funds for projects and programs not funded by local, state or federal monies. Currently the Foundation Endowment continues to grow which has enabled the Foundation to support scholarships, cultural programs, athletics, and student emergencies.
    As the Foundation continues to grow, we are able to fund additional tuition and fees for district high school graduates.
     Three new scholarships were approved for the 2003-2004 school year, plus four more from the Delta Foundation.
     The Foundation welcomes gifts of money, property, stocks, and other types of contributions, as well as bequests.
     Gifts to the Foundation are fully tax-deductible and often provide tax savings for the donor.
